whats wrong with ps3devwiki?
I have tried to open their page a few times now, yesterday it was not found and today the page tells me that i dont have the rights to enter that page. Access forbidden.
So what gives? |

Phew, glad to hear.. I noticed too, it has been down for 2-3 days.. I feared the worst. He has taken a lot of weight ( = Responsibility) on his shoulders after all

Hi Guys,
I'm afraid that the hosting provider holding the wiki ****ed me around badly. First they told me it was an issue with a node preventing access, it wasn't until fairly recently they have made me aware that they have damaged my server, and will take no responsibility to repair it. I have provisioned a new VPS with a more reputable host and have began rebuilding the wiki. I will have a one-month old version up for read-only access shortly. I need to pull down a 48gb backup of the entire old server before I can bring it back up-to-date, this could take me a few more days yet. |

Just an update on things, After frustration trying to download a 48gb file @ 300kb/s with no multipart or resume options (damn you openvz!), I managed to hack up a solution to pull the entire backup right into my new vps @ 2.5mb/s.
I will resume work on this tomorrow, hopefully I will have the wiki fully functional within a day or two. On a side note, I have also purchased a smaller VPS alongside this one, on which I plan to get gitorious up and running at some stage to replace the now defunct git-hacks. |
