NO NEED TO WAIT for 1.67 VHBL, I HAVE THE ANSWER
i have find out a way to buy/download motorstorm arctig edge from psn on a vita with fw 1.61, but i donīt know if vhbl works, actually i know that i can get it on my vita 1.61. i will buy a psn card soon and test it, please wait and donīt update if you want VHBL back on your 1.61 vita! i tested it right now with the new paint app!
