I do not have YLOD firstly. I have never ran my PS3 now because it will overheat as my fan is not working. Yes by accident I broke the black wire I am looking for a solution? I am not stupid enough to run a PS3 with no fan... I reballed my PS3

I have not bricked it this has nothing to do with the E3 flasher because that is fine. I know the fan is not working because of the black wire and again I am waiting for a solution so that I can get back to my 4.11 jailbreak. I want the PS HAX website to move forward and I want us to be the ones who had the 4.11 jailbreak...

If you have broken the wire half way (or similar) then just cut it and re-join it. Solder and heat shrink sleeving works a treat.

First thing to check though is that is actually is a broken wire so get a continuity tester on it

Okay, I can't really explain it and it is kind of hard to. The wire is not cut sideways so it is still together but it is cut upwards so the wire is still together but the wire is cut upwards :/

I know what you mean, it is not cut across its width, it is sliced along part of its length.

Get a tester on it first though to make sure the core is actually cut through.
