I have been researching on how to downgrade a nand model ps3 with my e3 flasher. I have the e3 linker also.

I didn't mean that the flasher was your problem. I was more asking for your help on how you did it.

Did you use the e3 linker?

As for your problem with the fan wire. I think it has been answered a couple times. It is not hard to splice a wire and solder back together, and use a heat shrink sleeve.

Yeah I used the E3 linker and I have uploaded some photos of the wire. Have a look at them.

Just snip the bad part off. Then reconnect like described above, with solder and heat shrink.

@Hamz75 - When you downgraded your CECHG with E3, did you use these pics as reference to where to solder the wires?

I was under the impression you could downgrade nand models with e3 linker, like you say you did. But @euss told me

Wrong: the E3 linker is a NOR only clip that can be clipped onto the flash of NOR consoles. The subboard can then be used to solder to a NOR capable flasher. In no way are ps3 motherboard norpoints used (besides maybe Tristate/SBE point).

Would you recommend to stay with 6.20 (you did read my other thread) and I don't know which one i need to uninstall it there are loads. Also what shall I do I have ran out of solder!!!

I think that was a beta version of b9 that says Pro Nightly.

yeah. get some more solder. lol.

I would stay on 6.20 since your model psp doesn't support permanent CFW with 6.60.

Btw - Did you see my question to you in my last post? Did you solder the e3 linker to the testpoints from those pics or did you solder directly to the nand pins?
