The picture was on his Twitter account, i assumed it was him, the image when posted in public is in the public domain.

Hey leave him alone... He might not seem so real but atleast we should give him a chance.. just because his name is not kakaroto it doesnt meen that he cant do a cfw... Everyone deserves a chance to be able to make it.. And if you don´t like why do you even bother sending a comment ? What I´m trying to say is that we should respect the ones actually trying to make cfw.. So keep up the work and hope it turns out to a 4.11cfw :D

The issues lies not with his name nor with us giving him a chance but rather that he simply threw out into the world this post saying he was working on a cfw, as so many trolls have done, without providing any proof or information and then added a link to his twitter.
