ssnes 0.9.5 (almost released)

I'm surprised nothing has been posted about this. the pc version has been released and i guess the ps3/360 versions shouldn't be too far behind. the features list looks amazing.
I wonder how this will compare to mednafen. I prefer separate emulators, just for organization, but i have used mednafen and mainly use that for virtual boy.
Anyways, it'd be cool if someone took the latest version and compiled it before the official gets released. I couldn't find it and I also don't have the means to compile it.
Here's the official site
It has been a little bit since we've gotten anything emulator related as of late. It's not n64 information, but it is definitely something.

We have known about this for a while, but no news about a port to the ps3 for quite a while now. Besides, we have all of the functions via homebrew that this newer emulator can bring. I am sure some people would like one universal emulator, but I actually like them separated

It's rewind is quite impressive too.
How did you guys know about this for a while when it seems like it was posted on his site a few days ago?

This will be much more then just Snes. Part of the reason why they changed the name from SSNES to RetroArch now. Will be alot of retro love in this emulator. . Thanks to Square, Maister and everyone involved in the project.

Yup, well done to SquareMaister and the compiling dudes out there - one of them is @pete_uk

Also the duo deserve a lot of credit for what they have done for this scene (and the other scene).

Is there a PS3 build of SSNES knocking about?

Check here: http://tortuga-cove.com/forums/viewt...hp?f=53&t=3026

...and here too at the official forums: http://forum.themaister.net/viewtopic.php?pid=67#p67

Also - it turns out that they haven't released it for the consoles... yet (if I am right), so sadly, you have to wait a bit longer (that or I might have missed something).
