Well, you should consider this to yourself:

If what you coded for them could potentially benefit the scene overall, then you should consider on releasing it. BUT if what you coded for them is a very specific program that is only useful for the TB team (for example, an accounting software to keep track of their earnings haha) then it is not useful for the scene and you can keep it to yourself.

If you actually work for them, and they've already payed you, then you are free to screw them by releasing what you did!! :O

This is useful for users of true blue. But the software is still in creation. So it will be released when it finishes.
