What he posted was against eBay's rules from the very beginning. What I did made a very minute difference in it's removal.

Lethal_NFS and GameStop do the exact same thing which is why I cannot dislike what Lethal_NFS does. Buying used games from GameStop is the same as pirating them, and I buy used games from them all the time.

Remember the whole reason why piracy is bad in the first place is because the developer is not seeing any money. Well they don't see any profit off the pirated copy or the used copy.

GameStop makes 100% profit from used games.

When you locked/trashed it, the item was still for sale. I locked/trashed it after the item was flagged. At that point there was no longer any reason to keep the thread open.

GameStop does not sell pirated games, you change your reasoning from the lethal_NFS thread, that reasoning there was you couldn't condemn him because you thought he might need to feed his family.

No you can not as the only money they saw was from the physical copy that is wherever it may be. That copy is legally allowed to change hands and remains 1 copy. They never saw a penny for a pirate copy, never mind 160 copies multiplied by however many times they were sold, e.g 10 times = 1600 games that never earned the publisher/store a penny. That's plain theft for profit.

Gamestop do not copy the disc and sell it many times. For each physical disc, the devs got payed. For each wares copy, they saw nothing, nor did the stores, that is much worse than any pre owned store sales

@Annelies Still i closed it, opened again and then closed again. And im not talking about morals or warez or just a morron who uses a poor excuse *to feed his family* doing services for PS3.
The current Issue IS if i moderate something or close, then someone open it up again. I was warned by @GregoryRasputin about close threads so i keep them open but i cannot deal well or (moderate) if i do something wrong in this topic in particular in this thread, and then for X reason it's opened again and then for Y reason it's closed again. We got problems, hence the feedback between us is almost null.

So try to be objective, you saved my ass too many times and i have to thank you again! :P. But don't let the Lethal_NFS problem cloud your judgment.
Be merciless if it's neccesary.
