It might seem simple in steps and procedure, but an insane amount of work have been dedicated between the lines from Glevand (and more), which makes some of the in between steps possible... It's kinda like a Hackintosh (Dont know why I thought of that example): It is easy in steps to install it to a non-logicboard possesing (a.k.a. non-apple PC), but only because a EFI bootloader with an insane amount of work put into it, is used to load the OSX install after emulating a Apple PC's motherboard(..or logicboard, because they (Apple) wanted to invent their own name for it~~)

I never actually gave Glevand a thanks for all his work... I was very new in the scene back then (And hence passive.....shy :3), and Gitbrew seemed a bit.. scene'isque, in the sense that they didnt't seem like the type of guys you easily could get in contact with... And he's just .. Gone now. Can't remember actually why, and what caused him to disappear.

If this is true and we still have developers that want to work on this, then Sony may just have had the proverbial sh1t hit their fan.

Nice job to all involved, getting this backwards scene back on track will not be easy, even if this evolves into something more.
