Ps3 Pros Switchout Help?

I have 2 Playstation 3! CECHE01! One of them reads all my games and movies while the other doesnt. Is there a guide on how to switchout the laser or drive? I wanna Jailbreak the one on 3.55 but i want the one on 4.11 to read games instead of this one.

If they're both ceche01s, simply disconnect the drive boards from the BDs on both and swap the drives. You don't even have to open the drives, the board is attached to the bottom by 5 screws and a few ribbon cables

In case you're noobish at this: Take the bd drives out of both of them, keep track of which one works properly. On the circuitboard underneath the drive, also keep track of which machine it came from, hey are "married" to a specific console. I suggest using a Sharpie marker and putting a small "1" and "2" on each console, its drive, and its drive board. Now, remove the boards from each drive and swap them over, then replace them in the machine they (the board) originated from. Done.
