Reactpsn does work with black ops dlc. You'll need to get .rap files for them. I'll not post links to warez sites, but they are out there. I had gotten a blackops bundle PS3 that came with the first dlc redemption code, fortunately reactpsn was able to give me my dlc(my ps3 never made it online)
