Hey guys

Having mega problems getting this working to get the map packs for the eu version of black ops (BLES01031)
EU ps3 slim 360gb ask me for more details (model number if that matters etc...)
I have followed so many tuts and no luck so far

My Method:

Ps3 KMEAW (also tried rebug and update 6)
Patched .vsh
installed ReActPSN 2.20
created new account (aa)
Made full force backup using R1 (ReActPSN)
then copied all rif/raf needed to exdata folder on usb (x:/exdata/ "Here")
inserted into the right hand slot of ps3
installed first strike, Resurrection and more (i also made sure i was using the right exdata files after hours of google searches)
then i ran ReActPSN
ps3 rebooted and changed user aa -> ReActPSN rif xxx etc.. (cant remember it exactly but there is definitely a couple numbers in there
loaded up my black ops on normal user (also tried ReActPSN account)
cod just looks like it did when i bought it - no map packs at all zombies or multiplayer

I have tried all the obvious options:

Reboot
rename ReActPSN to aa and starting over
removing ReActPSN folder from internal - re installing
restore to OFW 3.55 then to rebug update 6 and using the same method as above with no luck so went back to KMEAW and repathed vsh

It just generally doesn't work for me and have no idea why :/

try using ReactPSN 2.00... it worked for me on TB CFW v2 and kmeaw (both with patched vsh). I never could get RPSN 2.2 to work, damn near had a mental breakdown trying.

You are not installing update 6 proprerlly .It is a 2 spep install ! Everyone always F up here ! Instal update 6 then there will be 3 new packages in the package manager/ install packages = BDEMU.pkg /Rebug-selector.1.5.1.pkg/Rebug-selector.1.6.1.pkg = You have to run the Rebug-selector.1.6.1.pkg after update 6 in installed .

I dont know why this is so hard for people to understand ,people just install & think it is installed = WRONG . Install update 6 from USB =Find were the 3 new updated packager went & run Rebug-selector.1.6.1.pkg from the location i mentioned above. also make sure you have the rap files & they actually work .I have a tutorial but no time to explain . Look for my tutorial search ZombieKillah 109 Call of the dead mod / Nextgenupdate & you should find my tut .I activated all 3 of my CFW 355s BLUS30591 + BLES01031 + BLUS30192 COD 5 maps. make sure you delete all black ops data before you start the tut .

I am out ,if u want 100000000% working raps i can give u link to them later .By the way i got almost 30 people activated & never failed cause i explained to do it proper.

ReactPsn.2.0.pkg not 210 or 220 they are not the ones you want to use to do this .

Start fresh OFW 355 to rebug 355.2 install first rebug selector 1.6.pkg then install update 6 properly.

By the way MOON & annihilation will not work need 112 & above .

I didnt quite understand where you got the games from that reactpsn activates.
Can you download via reactpsn, or whats the source?

No you can activate PSN content offline (ps1 classics, DLC etc)

Okayy this is what i have done

000. CLEARED ALL BLACK OPS DATA
1. installed OFW 3.55 then installed rebug 3.55.2
2. installed and ran rebug selector 1.6
3. exited to home installed update 6
4. installed and ran rebug selector 1.6.1
5. settings to -->
MENU -> normal
XMB -> Debug
Debug Menu -> 1
6. then i installed reactpsn 2.0 on main user and ran it once no buttons held in
7. created a new user default name
8. put pendrive in second from left slot with all exdata on it
9. renamed user1 to aa
10. ran RPSN 2.0 once no buttons held in -> system rebooted successfully displaying how many raps i installed and edats etc...
11. Then i installed Black ops update 1.09 then w@w classic maps then first strike the escalation
12. I ran black ops and i now have all the maps :D

If there is could you please tell me and what the corresponding rif files i need for it to work

Others need black ops to be updated, and as such requires a firmware update

Bravo ! I give you a (E) for "Excellent" job doing this exactly as i posted to do in my tut ! Most fail ,as i do know why ,not reading properly how update 6 needs to be installed or running the reactpsn without taking things slow to make sure they don't miss a step.

Now only thing that is left is learn how to take the game online to play with me & other as i host modded lobby's with my modz i personally made for online .I released others in the past but they are good for offline but my new ones not released except to 2 people & 1 is hosting modded lobby with my mod on 109 .Also i will be releasing them to others to play & make there own if they want to learn ..
