This thread has the latest Skyrim updates for True Blue. It has a save converter. And it also tells you how to add your own mods to the true blue version. All you need to to is edit a .ini file and copy over the mod.

ok thanks! i guess i overlooked the fact that the mod is in the patch not in the actual game on HDD or external but just the game data and patch thank you for clearing it up for me

would just like to know...
i have TB 2.61 and skyrim 1.03 BLUS update,\
so i install aupdate 1.03 and then ftp the update.esm and conjuration.esp to devhdd0/games/blus30778/USRDIR/ (would be the game data) and not actual "GAMES" right.

then i run my little ass to the gate of whiterun and box should be there?
sounds to easy and good to be true..
if could let me know if this is the correct way.
