You know maybe you should research how to steal paid for content before coming here making yourself look like a fool.

As per your last question the DLC needs to match the title ID of the game you are trying to use it with. If you have a European DLC with an American game then that explains why it isn't working

if your time and date is set incorrectly reactpsn will not work!

COD BO dlc all but last 2 will work.

you will need patch 109 to get dlc to work.

I have plenty of smart thins to say. I like how you were already under violation of a rule, and you were given a simple warning, but I am the one told to say something smart....oh the irony . This is not a warez site. In my post I provided you with the needed information. You either need to make the dlc work with different regions, or simply download your dlc from the right region.

The reason I said you were making yourself look dumb is because it should be common sense that you need the correct region of dlc to work with that exact same region of game. Lot easier to pirate it right the first time, then ask what you are doing wrong because you cant get your warez working.
