Anyway, I feel geohot did SOME good for the scene. I don't feel he hurt the scene in any way. Taking credit for something he did wasn't necessarily a bad thing. And he has given credit to fail0verflow in the past. :-)

You may not like apple, but there are lots of people that do, and he did help a lot of the iphone community.

I bet you installed his "jailbreak" when it was released. Try appreciating something that has been given to you for free. You want to talk about what he has done for multiple scenes, but I can see what you have done for this scene.....you have shown us just how immature and ungrateful someone can act.

as i remember, in the time geohot released his "jailbreak package", some devs were claiming they could do it, but they were just pussing around (acting like a pussie), while these pussie-devs were losing time, GeoHot released it easy, just like this: "here, this are the files, thats how`s done".

even that he used knowledge and tools from other devs, he at least had the guts to act, we are missing this today here
