With the current cpu, doing some research you can go for = click It's an XFX HD577AZNFC Radeon HD 5770.
(A little old).

But if you want to upgrade your PSU, like go for Antec or XFX (like me) You can for NVIDIA.

Well to answer your question without going into great detail about PSU etc. I would suggest a radeon 6850 with 2 gig vram. It will cost right at the $170 mark, but it is the card I have and I love it. It isnt the latest and greatest, but it isnt underpowered by any means.

I looked at your specs and I dont see what all the fuss was in this thread. You have PCIe 2.0, so all you should need is a PSU upgrade, which may be unneeded. I ran a PSU calculator with what information was given and you may have enough power with the PSU you have.
