anyone can extract dev_flash from any firmware, its so simple to too . there even apps out that takes a click of a buttom and bang u got dev flash of any firmware in front of you

To sign a new CFW 4.11 for ex you need the private keys 4.11 !!!
We don't have those new private keys & may be well never have them !! it's mission impossible !! no one did it

But before this, the main objectif now is to get the new public keys, like so we could decrypt new eboots 3.6+ & get them working on our poor CFW 3.55 without needing trueblue dongle or it's clones !!

Then those public keys will serve to decrypt many things on the new OFW !!

I assure you there is another way to 'fix' higher games. You don't need to decrypt it yourself, let the OFW do it, and then just dump directly from RAM, AFAIK someone is working on it (and yes, progress is being made).

the other theory is to get new eboots in a non encrypte format from PSN Developper LAN using a PS3 debug !! This is most likely very difficult & not really clear !!

About dumping new eboots from the RAM, if you're taliking about that team AC1D & Cfwprpht, it's surely an other fake just like Nodex story, Gravox one, nabnab fake's, the eggsdev fake's ......etc, they are too many, I don't remeber them all !!
