HELP PLSS
my ps3 doesnt deect my extenal hdd even multiman doesnt detect it s already on fat32 any suggestion ? tnx in advance

Is it a powered HDD (transformer) or does it get it's power from USB?

Well as a first point that may be the problem. The PS3 sulks with some USB powered drives.
I solved the problem with one of mine by running it through a Separately Powered USB Hub, which has the added benefit of charging my game pads and also making it less hassle when putting stuff on the drive from PC etc.

The op can use any HUB or has to be some specific one?

Is all to do with the output power the PS3 gives to it's USB ports. I have a nice little USB Video player/recorder/HDD that works fine stand-alone on PC and my TV, but PS3 sulks with it unless I run it through my USB Hub..... Go figure lol
