I have only been into this for about a year now lol but yeah the NET.FW 4.0 through me off then. But for this you also need a vcredist_x86 for windows xp To use this tool.

O yeah no doubt about that, ZOMBIEKILLAH is the man when it comes to zombies and I have talked with him allot but this issue is about coding and why the ff viewer compresses/encrypts the file different every time. Why is there a need to change the checks in the eboots.

I have tried to use this and succeed at editing a file but when I try to use the file it will not load. Even if I use this tool just to open factory file and look at it then save, that same file will not work.

No it has a pretty simple function, it decompresses .ff files and then compresses them. The problem is that it will not compress them right and I am a dummy when it comes to fixing or editing a .dll, rdata or reloc
