It's suppose to say Debug System Update.

But there is actually no need to enable it. You really don't even have to do the button combo that makes the extra debug options appear. I just do the button combo to make sure the qa flag worked.
But as long as when you run toggle qa flag and it goes to a black screen, beeps 3 times and reboots to the xmb, your good too install OFW3.55 from recovery menu.

No. If you try to downgrade directly to that you will brick.

After the PS3 reboots after QA flag I check if it worked (button combo) and then go into revoery menu and install whatever firmware I want right? Then if I decide to get a True Blue how do I install True Blue CFW2 after installing say KMEAW (from doing the QA flag). Should I just stay on my downgraded Rogero w/out dehash until I get True Blue or install a FW ASAP and then install True Blue when I get it? I've only had 1 major problem

After you qa flag, install OFW3.55 from recovery menu. Then install any CFW from recovery after that.

If later you want true blue CFW, install OFW3.55 from recovery, then true blue CFW from recovery. You could probably go from CFW to CFW, but it is always recommended to install OFW then CFW.
