Title says it all. I basically have been trying to do this for months now. Does anybody know how to delete the patch, because it's internally stored in the downloaded game,

Try deleting the game data for the game.

There is NOTHING in game data. The patches are stored internally.

There all in the update if you want to get rid of the patches you have to delete them from update. The map packs have nothing to do with a patch I can use the same map I downloaded a year ago but if you update it will have patches.
