i'm really sick of the same tired 3 music visualizations as i'm sure many of you are... but has anyone been able to do anything about it?

There is one but it is a screensaver homebrew application called Solar,
I don't want that I also want more visualisations, never actually looked up on this before

Im not sure if @condorstrike is still working on the PS3 anymore, he seemed a bit p*ssed of at the ungrateful people.

If he is still around, perhaps he could manage to integrate or ad Solar to the XMB, instead of it being another app.

I wonder where the visuaization files are stored. Perhaps with some deconstructing and @condorstrike s input we could look into modding switching them out?

i'm actually surprised no one has cracked this yet. too bad i'm far too useless to figure it out.

Edit: looked at solar and i like it.. think i'll try it for awhile.

No one is useless, you brought the idea up and may have implanted it into the minds of a few people, who may do something about it, so you are in no way useless

Also as much as I'd love for the day when someone makes a new visualization pack for all of us, the giant globe is still pretty badass.

and about the big globe thing.. i've watched so many hours of it i'm sure i could close my eyes and watch it if i care to try hard enough.

I've taken a break from the PS3, I really needed it...
I was working on XMB incorporation for Solar and a 2nd screensaver I made[unreleased],then I stopped. We'll see maybe one of these days I'll code again... if so I'll announce, no promise.
