is ftp the best for ps3-pc transfers?

am i right in thinking that most people who have ps3 game files on their computer use the ftp to dump the games to internal?

ftp is the only way to dump to internal hdd i think. for external just use usb

blackbox (ftp) for internal. Or an external just in case of if you like it = HDD/Pendrive

for simplicity use multiman saves having to install another application and personally i'm not a fan of the blackbox ui

if only i could use my external... it's 600gb but it's half full and ntfs

i still have no clue why ps3 would use fat instead, but i'm sure you do....

NTFS system is owned by MS and Sony refused to pay to use it (I fink? lol)

Can multiman play from NTFS external? I know it can read NTFS usb hdds though
