It took several attempts but I finally got them to do it for me. I told them the address on the account, account creation date and all that other info.

This method worked for me but it was not until I had used up all 5 activations. I was told by the Sony rep on the phone that they could not deactivate all systems until I reached my max. I reached my max and they deactivated all accounts for me.

hey this is late reply but im from the UK and playstation.uk doesnt have the same contact support as the american one its much more of forums than privately contacting PS , right so im on the site and ive filled in all the boxes when i click submit, it says Product is required. Ive already put the product in which is PS3 system but still nothing! Please help.

Nope you can't if you have to dualboot in any case with a hardware flasher like E3 but if you need more detailed information post in help section.

It's because you are using the american system, how come UK don't have the same support?, or wait for a response. If you already sended the formulary.
