Suing might be problematic when no one knows who/how to find the people behind the dildo to sue. I doubt they would sit back and watch tb spread piracy to new games if they could sue them to bankruptcy. Sony, as we have seen, is happy to sue hackers.

Errrrrrrrrrrrr............ Missing the point peeps. If true then if/when the dongles get broken, we are back to square one (minus) as we won't even be able to use the EBOOT method like TB etc has.

The reason TB is still around is because either people are getting back handers for helping them, or people have decided we are not entitled to it as it allows for Piracy.

The first reason I have no real problem with as everyone wants money, but the second reason is pathetic as without the illegal use of copyrighted code we would not even have homebrew, but hey ho, seems like standards have to be double in this scene

They can't sue them for the dongle as it in itself is not illegal (well at least not until the US court system twist the laws again HeeHee), but they could sue them for the CFW

Well, I honestly don't care. We should be striving for 4.xx cfw and not trying to run the games on 3.55. If we get 4.11 then we would be able to play the new eboots no problem.
