Can you mod offline?
I just bought a new PS3, I want to know is is possible to mod GTA 4 offline. I am not sure on xbox 360 you could make a backup of the game and edit certain files and then you can play moded GTA 4 but offline.
Is this possible with PS3?? I aint got any CFW my current one is 4.11..I guess this does not matter but I just wanted to know if it is possible? |

The only way you can play modded games is you have to have a jail broken ps3. In order to get one you would have to downgrade, now you can't downgrade if model will not allow. So chances are if you just bought it then it is to new and you can't downgrade it.

Thats really weird.. I mean it is very sad you need a cfw to mod a game which I will not play online..
