Question about game regions and stuff

Okay so if I go on my HK account on my Vita, then downloaded an app then go back to my original account, would I still be able to play that app that I downloaded? I will be using only one memory card and one Vita.

Wow. I would wait till more people "confirm" this. I would not want to delete all of my settings for nothing. :P
Thanks though!

in September of 2011, Shuhei Yoshida (President of Sony) confirmed that the vita would not be subject to region locking.

On April 22, 2010 Sony introduced Region locking in Media preprocessors.

Vita has simular methods for locking out content per region, its just a matter of flipping a bit in the media checker.

I believe the physical game cards are not region locked, whereas digital content is.

The region lock is optional (but present to enable) for self's on gamecards, distributed packages, etc.
