what i did was solder tristate to gnd point and you can use any gnd point.

let switch 100000 and ps3 keep turn on.

put original backup and micro sd card press start button.

when flashing is done dont turn off ps3. change switch to 000001

take out and transfer e3downgrade.bin to micro sd card.

put back to tf card,press reset button then press start button

once the process is done pull out power source and trigger FSM

continue with downgrade procedure

Nope i solder SBE to tristate.
The ps3 only keeps ON when it's on fun flash mode, then in the e3 flasher log report it shows (the last one) =

start logging...
One Key downgrade mode.
start checking...OK.
metldr not supported.

If i get all the switches in down position the PS3 powers on and powers off. But flash fun no.
The leds flicker.

I was on 4.11, i done the correct dumps. But i don't know what to do since i patched them with flowrebuilder and no luck so far.

There's any chance to get the original bios of a 4.11?

you can solder either sbe to tristate , or tristate to gnd to keep ps3 on.

yes fun mode will keep ps3 powers on. we need to solder those point to keep ps3 powers on for fun mode (100000) for flashing purpose

try to flash original dump on fun mode. if you encounter any error it might be problem on clip connection.

do you still keep the orignal backup (unpatch)?

I have it, but the problem is:

1) I don't know well how to patch it, read on the wiki even asked everywhere. (im going nuts)
I used flowrebuilder with progskeet text to patch it. (now the app is crashing, don't know why)

2) The original dumps that i have and not patched. The last one was from another motherboard when all dumps i done was from my cech 2501A.

you need to install net framework on xp ( i guess)

use flowrebuilder and choose "PATCH a Byte reversed NOR dump or an interleaved and unscrambled NAND dump." put original dump and patch file will be "progskeet_patch"

CECH 2501A was with OFW 4.11
It's the ps3 im *trying* to recover from this bad flash.
I have all the original dumps.

@nzie the first pic was un purpouse the 6 up, but im using the 1 up (Flash Fun) either way i get bios error or the log above.

clip and NOR pressed well? cuz i having same problem before to unbrick. then i pressed hard the clip manually with fingers and make it works ;p
