I will also take some of that 420 dipped in kerosene/PCP/sugar coated with crack/dipped in chocolate, but by the OP post ,don't look like i am going to be able to make sense. I hope i would't get questioned for a crimes

seriously, sony needs to implement 'total quality management' something toyota did and cuz of that american car countries started crapping themselves its about bringing the product to consumer's want and needs and setting a principle that no matter wat the quality is there is always a room for improvement plus , suppliers and consumers should be side by side none of them should be ignored , i believe sony will not do that as long as their r pricks in their management
