I can confirm that it is indeed the JB2 in TB casing.. looks exactly the same.. all the way down to the names being scratched off..
I know what the name is.. its pretty damn funny

Thing you guys gotta realize is that we only see a few of the clones.. theres another one at least that I know of and should be receiving in the coming weeks

They probably already know, but don't really care as long it doesn't pose any threat to their current OFW. Think about it, when 3.55 was the latest OFW they did everything in their power to try to stop jailbreaking especially when the PSN got hacked in that very same year[2010]. Now Sony is updating their firmwares constantly with tighter security to prevent such hacking on new firmwares. Jailbreaking is not illegal anymore, but it links to piracy usage.
Since TB is only manipulating Sony's old firmware and can't access the PSN they don't really care. If they did TB would be facing court by now. Also Sony has already made a counter effect upon hacking their PSN with CFW if anyone tries to jailbreak on 4.00-4.11ofw they will automatically be banned and their console will be shut off for good. No need to report something that they are fully aware of.
