That format is for Slim consoles only. Fat console format would be "Serial: LL123456789 - CECHL0X". Where L is a letter and X is a number. Keep in mind that all fat console are able to downgrade, no matter the model. All Slim consoles below CECH - 2500L are downgradeable. Some 2500 models can be downgraded, but others cannot be.

Hope your CECHA01 last longer the mine did lol. And yeah you can downgrade like mentioned but if it hasn't been already look into getting it reballed aswell.

If I swap out the internal hard drive with a new one containing a different firmware can that firmware be used in place of the 4.11 fimware???
