Okay, please don't go offtopic. My point is it should run all 3.60+ games because it says so.

Just an example: Max Payne 3 is designed for the PS3, but is a 3.60+ game. It doesn't run on TB (yet or maybe never) which means their features are incorrect:

Booting of games designed for PS3 system software v3.6 and above

I am talking about facts, not fanboy support.

They are either made in a country where no copyright laws exist, or where they are beyond policing any such laws that do have effect. If Sony hasn't managed to sue them, I doubt you'd get away with it.

But true-blue is being selled in countries where you have a copyright law.
You can sue them on other legal cause, like damaging your system or another cause more ellaborated.
You can't get to them, that sure. But you can sue the reseller in a country that has the copyright law.
