There are tools/hardware needed to crack these type of dongles and they cost quite a bit of money, devs have more important things to spend their money on like housekeeping, mortgage, living etc, before they think of spending money on hardware to crack a device.

Also there are not very many devs out there that care about working in the PS3 Scene.

a contract cant be enforced if it calls for the commission of a crime. Im pretty sure a court would deem TB's work as illegal, thus the contract between customer and TB is void.

I think that buying a TB is pretty much illegal and you are in violation of Sony TOS. I don't think you can sue someone when in fact, the one that should be sued (by Sony) is you.

What crime dude? It is not illegal to play your own back ups and there is no contract. It is a official description of the product.

But no, OP thinks that they can sue TB for selling a device who's sole purpose is piracy, nothing more. The sheer, i dont what to call it really, it's just so astounding and bemused by it. I had to think, Is this guy serious?! Does he even know what the TB is, and what it's for; I mean surely he does seeing as he has one.
