If you are under 16 then you pretty much can get away for being a minor. You should argue with your parents that $ony stole otheros from the ps3, and so deserve the piracy happening against them. Assuming your parents dont like you pirating games hence updating. I am one of the luckier ones who has 2 PS3 consoles. So I have one cfw and one ofw. Though I do not want to give $ony more of my money, I did buy 2 3.56+ games Assassins Creed Revelations as I like the series, and Udraw as I wanted the tablet to see how it works with the PC drivers. I have too many pre-3.55 games for me wanting to sell my PS3 and get an xbox hence me buying Assassins Creed Revelations, For those stuck I guess getting the e3 flasher is the way to go to get dual boot.
