Restoring Backups Question
Hello, i just have one simple question. Is there a way to make it so a 3.55 cfw ps3 can restore a backup that was made while on 4.11 ofw?

4.11 ofw cannot MAKE a backup of ANY kind, so the answer is no.

Yes you can make a backup of your ps3 on ofw4.11. Then restore the backup on cfw3.55.
Use the backup utility on the xmb to make a backup of your hdd to an external hdd. Restore the backup with the same backup utility on cfw3.55 Rogero v3.1 w4.11 spoof. This will backup and restore everything except your trophies. I'm not totally sure if the the spoof is needed. You may be able to restore the backup on any cfw. I haven't tried so can't say for sure. But I have done it on Rogero after downgrading someones console. @dannydet I think you misunderstood the op? I believe they are trying to backup their saves, etc...
