no it was never been downgraded. i bought it with 3.55. this is the whole history

OFW -> kmeaw -> rebug -> rebug true blue -> true blue (all 3.55)

every firmware was installed without any problems!

so why i have no ylod?

how can i fix the brick?

like i sad the morning after i installed the cfw the ps3 doesn't start

what was the firmwire before you installed the cfw ?
EDIT: you must install any cfw only under OFW,thats why its bricked

Can you get to the recovery menu?

Or maybe you can try downgrading with factory service mode. You will need a fsm jig to try it.

The way I am reading what you have said is that you installed TB CFW last night so I assume it worked then?

This morning it does absolutely nothing.

You say it did something very similar when you had a USB Hub plugged in but then worked fine after you removed the Hub?

I am by no means an expert, but if my guesses at it working last night are correct, it sounds more like a power/USB problem to me.

Do as suggested and see if you can get into the recovery menu and try to put a USB dongle etc in with 3.55 FW on it to see if it can actually detect your USB (although by looks of what happens when you press the button this may not work???)

i can't get into the recovery menu. if i hold the power button the ps3 does the same as in the video.

damaged the bios, use PROGSKEET flasher and dump bios then patch with downgrade 3.55 and flash back.
