2GHz NVIDIA graphics? The fastest the current gen has been clocked at was 1842 MHz under extreme LN2 (liquid nitrogen) cooling which can only be used for short test runs, with the stock clock sitting around the 1GHz mark. Extreme power usage and odd memory numbers don't add up either. Kepler based GPUs probably can't even address 10GB of VRAM.

The sheer amount of memory would make this unit prohibitively expensive too. I'm guessing the final unit will have 2-4GB RAM tops (depending on RAM prices as XDR2 is surely much more expensive than other RAM) and (ideally) 2GB VRAM considering the resolution, which would probably be GDDR5, although I could imagine 1GB being utilized to cut costs.

Also, reintroducing PS2 backwards compatibility? Surely not.

They wouldn't refer to a Blu-Ray disc as a 'HD Blu Ray Disc' either given that it's data storage.

HDMI specs only support a maximum of 8 channels of audio, not the 11 as stated.

Why? Sony are already saying they are looking at 4K x 2k displays for TV's/next Blu-ray specs. So it's a safe bet that PS4 will support 4K x 2K displays too. I'm sure memory would need to have a rather large increase to support that resolution, rendering buffers etc. I don't believe it too far off.

Also GDDR6 ram does exist, it's used in top end graphics cards. Also ram prices are dirt cheap now, not like they were when PS3 or 360 came out. Cost was a major reason why Sony and Microsoft went with only 512Mb of ram.

Would be nice if PS4 supported 20Gb of ram, and say came with 12Gb with an option to add 8gb more later in the console life cycle. Giving an option to add more ram would be like getting a new console as devs would be able to push the hardware further than before.
