The sad thing is that I cannot watch anything to do with war and the murders it brings about without wondering if it has just been done as a PR stunt?

That is how pathetic ALL wars have become these days. They are done mainly for money and as a game to many

He's not the first US soldier to feel this way. We should have never been over there over some WMD's that never existed. Bush was an idiot. We all know that. On the positive side, at least American soldiers have the freedom to throw their medals and voice their opinions...which is probably a luxury that wasn't afforded to Saddam's Republican Guard.

This is what I think of the stupid American wars.

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x9n..._music?start=0

EDIT: I've changed the video to an uncensored one. According to Americans it's OK to go kill innocent people abroad but not OK to say **** you on a musical video. SOOO ironic.

Well, when you join the military in any country you give up certain rights. Disobeying orders can lead to bad outcomes for you, your squad, and your country. When you sign up, you should understand that you will probably have to do things you might not want to. They got jail time and discharges... in other places they would have been shot/executed for treason.

I do not agree with any of the recent U.S. wars at all, but being kicked out of the military for not doing your job I believe is just.

No, I don't mean like those soldiers at all. The guy who threw his medals did the appropriate thing. It's up to those soldiers to behave accordingly when their in a different country/war. I'm sure there were many other soldiers who were more than professional. There are bad apples in any group. Kinda like a plane full of terrorists flying into a building doesn't represent ALL muslims in the world. It only takes a few to damage the reputation of many. Our army has executed soldiers for killing innocent civilians. Yet, Major Hasan who murdered 13 here at Fort Hood in the United States while screaming "Allah akbar!" hasn't even stood trial yet. You're right, we shouldn't have been to war. I guess the Baath party shouldn't have executed 5 million Shia's either or this whole thing probably could have been avoided. Because I'd bet that's what it really was about. The war is over now...thank God.

Sorry mate, but no war will ever be over whilst people believe and use that 'being' in whatever guise they wish to cloak it.

Humans Need something to hate and they will find it anywhere they can, but religion will always be the one they fall back on when other things are not so obvious.

Yes of course not every muslim is a cia tactician who lures other dumb young muslims for the cia's cause :/
baath party's executions had nothing to do with the war , it was the imaginary WMDs ,
