lets hope for the best! and thnx alot for ur help..ill give it few tries maybe restore of lv2diag thing if none of them work then ill take ps3 to sony! take care

I got a red screen from removing a spoofer once. All I had to do to fix it was install OFW3.55 from the recovery menu.

I did this last night, uninstalled rebug spoofer and got rsod. I just reinstalled 3.55 cf and all is good.

same here, reinstall 3.55OFW/KMEAW via recovery = fixed.

Are you guys sure cause I'm having the same problem? So just installing the cfw again from the recovery menu? Tried it and it worked thanx a lot.

Same thing happened to me, i went to uninstall the old version and install the new, how come this is RSODing consoles, it cant be user error if its happening to lots of people!?
Gonna put 3.55ofw back on from recovery

RSOD can occur when VSH has version mismatch with INDEX.DAT and/or VERSION.TXT (which is the reason why it occurs with wrong spoofers)
just reinstall nonspoofed firmware (or spoof it right) and it will be fixed. for all others: try the RSOD lv2diag.self and the RogeroV3.1 if that does not work, then there is a serious hardware error that can only be fixed by replacing the malfunctioning hardware (in most cases the flash).
