Samsung Mobile ‏ SamsungMobile #ICS for #GALAXYSII will be available today in Europe including Poland, Hungary, Sweden, & Korea, & gradually roll out to other markets.

To flash this u need to use odin(don't know if i can post outside links here but here is the tutorial to flash through odin and all official firmwares in case u need them)

The ICS update is really not ics its slapped with touchwiz but for a ics feel u can install nove launcher(which is modified version of real ics launcher) from market here
But if u need real ICS then go to xda developers here and start with stickies
Their is CyanogenMod 9 which is real ICS just like Galaxy Nexus but video camera doesn't work now...(will be fixed later) and their are Samsung ICS rom themed like real ics with all real ics apps ported,etc

SEB=Baltic

XEO=Poland

In XEO are only 6 CSC's (CPW, DBT, ITV, KOR, XEF, XEU).

And SEB is here a Multi-CSC with Multi-CSC. (AUT, CMF,COA, COS, CYO, DNF, ERO, EUR, FOP, GBL, MSR, MTL, NEE, ORG, ORS, PAN, PHE, SEB, SMO, TMS, TOP, TPH, TRA, TRG, TSR, TWO, VOM, VVT, XEH, XEO, XSK)

In the CSC's are things like APN's for Provider or such things.

Cheers for letting us know.

My girlfriend has the SGS2 and it was acting up a bit, told her she was as well waiting on ICS before doing anything.

Hopefully it's just a case backing up her phone then letting KIES do the rest cause she's gonna attempt it on her own :D

If kies don't show any update then

Make sure its GT-i9100 model
Backup ur phone using kies, download this and then extract and flash it through odin(i have given a link on how to use odin) then after update use kies to restore

But people are updating without data loss also but take a backup just in case

And if u are stuck on SGS2 logo after flashing then take battery out, put it back in,press and hold power+home+vol up at same time u will get in recovery, use vol buttons to get up and down and then select the factory reset option and select yes, it will wipe ur phone but u can restore it using kies if u had backed up before...

YESSIR just downloaded and installed the update on my i9100g phone is 40 % faster even if its memory is full :D and the face recognition for unlock really works and the animations are lot faster plus the new task manager screen OMG really cool , looks like samsung didnt ignored us and updated gave us awesome ics ) LUV U SAMSUNG !!!!!!!

first install kies after that put ur phone in download mode fire up odin select pda and choose the firmware , after that select pit and choose the omap file and flash , it took me less then 5 min
