While i might agree that site has become a bit worst than what it used to be, its not really because of what you state but because of several facts that that come together:

1- there is no scene at the moment, seriously, the scene is beyond help, there is nothing that can be done about it, being the scene dead, obviously the site has not much to report or write about which doesn't help, if the scene is dead, you can't expect a site to keep up with the level it was back on the release of a 3.55 cfw or the release of the first dongle.
2 it seems a trend that nowadays everyone wants to be a hacker, and it seems that the installation of a cfw makes you one (its either that or owning more than one ps3), so everyone coming here with the sightliest clue of what they are doing or talking about happens all the time, which well annoys everyone around, funny that those so called hackers are only interested on running their warez (cause that is what hackers do they run warez), talking about warez and the clueless members that do not give a **** about the scene as long as they are getting what they want, we reach to the cancer tb has been...
3- tb appeard to put the rest of the nails in the coffin of the ps3 scene, those "hackers" don't give a **** about what they do as long as they get their games, in the end people trying to kill the dongle get attacked instead, this device might have appeared but if this scene wasn't so main stream and full of idiots those dongles wouldn't have enough sales to start the next production batch...

the reason is dead mainstream scene full of idiots.
its in no way fault of the site or the news writers or mods...

I see what you mean, but even putting aside the unrelated news, cleaner writing(to me) would make the site not seem as worse.

I see why you might have thought that.

However, I'm just trying to give feedback, and the only thing I could think of to describe the site in it's current state was to say it seems like a joke.
