rrod after uninstalling rebug Spoofer 4.00
I deleted the install 4.00 files then installed the package files for 4.11. Once I did that. I was on the install screen and it was hanging. So like I dummy I did uninstall. After that I received the RROD. I'm running kmeaw 3.55. Anyway to unbrick my ps3? I don't think I really corrupted it too badly.

I don't think you have kmeaw on your xbox360. So i am going to assume RROD is a typo, and you mean RSOD. If you mean when you boot your ps3, and you see a red error screen. Then to fix it: 1. Boot to the recovery menu. 2. Choose option 6 system update. 3. Install OFW3.55 4. Should be fixed and now install kmeaw from xmb or recovery menu.

I guess I'm starting all over again. Oh well. my bad.
Thanks UPDATE: Its working. Now I get to start all over again. Lucky me. It took over a day to get Uncharted 3 onto the hard drive. Nevermind. Its all working without re-installing everything. Last edited by dcapper; 06-02-2012 at 10:30 PM. |
