New Guy
Hey everybody.
New to the forums but not new to hacking (sort of). The only thing I've jailbroken is an iPod/iPhone, so yea, I'm kind of new to hacking you can say... I've had a ps3 for a while, never tried to mess with it (hacking/modding wise). Only have a couple games, and I figured it's time to step it up. The Ps3 is a 320GB Slim running the new 4.11 update. I can find my way around forums pretty easily, but I'll always end up needing help with a thing or two later on so feel free to "guide" me in the right direction lol.... Hopefully I can learn how to Jailbreak and do some other cool stuff to my ps3 on this board because I have no idea what I'm doing lol....

Thanks guys.
Well I've cruised around a bit, and I guess the only question I could come up with right now is that is there anyway to downgrade from my 4.11 version to 3.55, without having to buy anything like a E3 Flasher or whatever else is needed...? |

So how do I know which hardware flasher is best? Does it go by which one is compatible with my ps3? LOL I'm so confused on all of this, thanks for the help though. |

If its a FAT (PHAT) PS3 then get a progskeet, If its a slim (and can be downgraded) get an E3 Flasher. (some of the later Fat PS3s had nor chips in them and need E3) Also you can use a progskeet for nor I've heard or use tweensy++ or whatever its called :P up to you
