I find something on a russian site about this site for the ps-joy break for the downgrade process
They use a program called FLIP. Is this a usefull programm?

I never said it does not work, and I don't believe it doesn't work, it should be able to work if you decided to get it...I mean why would someone get something if they didn't know if it worked or how it worked. That was a rhetorical question BTW with a side plate of sarcasm, its hard to do it without physically saying it...

Yes, but i dont know if the file is uploaded on the dongle. Is there a way to check this?

By using the PSgrade/JIG after you flashed/updated the dongle with the JIG hex

Oke but the playstation doesnt do anything with the dongle. The led lights blink a couple of times and than the ps3 just starts up to xmb menu. I already tryed everything...

Try the stick on another 3.55 or lower console to make sure you have the PSgrade on it

Check USB power/init (to make sure lv1.self is even booting and trying to read the damn thing)
