Canada's highspeed is pretty pathetic too.

Shaw cable DOES deliver up to 150 or 250mbit, however they enforce stritch bandwidth caps. Our local DSL company, only offers up to 15mbit, and that's for NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY. Stuck at 5mbit max (only really getting 3.4)
