I think that is mostly for launching games with mulitiman manager.
Showtime and all my homebrew games still work without the dongle plunged in.
Not sure about emulators. I do not do much retro gaming.

All the emulators work, every homebrew app that works on kmeaw works on TB. I dont care about anyone disliking TB, but if you're gonna go on a crusade against it, atleast know what the hell it is you're hating.

Without the dongle plugged in, correct. However, you are limited with it plugged in.

Do you have a TB dongle? I do, and Im telling you that I can use any homebrew with it plugged in that I could use when I was on kmeaw...

Also, yes, you do have to be careful that you don't get peek-poke-happy with the dongle, otherwise it'll brick itself, but with the dongle inserted, that's where the OFW-like limitations are lifted (If I recall correctly, a Team REBUG member bricked the dongle in that manner).

As for @Adamsville - yes you can use homebrew, but you can't install anything without the dongle as without it, it'll behave like a CFW with the limitations of OFW from what I heard - not that I own the damn thing, but that's what happens when you lurk about on GreggyHax's rival site that is TBCrunch.
