I was referring to hardware projects, so you are wrong. Besides, it's not really important what you call it, as long as you do it instead of nagging about semantics.

Or i will be forced to start with the infracts.
I will shut up then @hellsing9 , I was obviously wrong with my assertion that a forum was a place for questions, discusion and opinion.

KaK was doing it for a cause... trying to make a statement, of course he got donations.
The app was basically a donation drive if I remember right.. decide where the money goes like the Humble Indie Bundles.
Hardly comparable to a guy having a sig with a donation link in it.
And for the most part dealing with 2 very different types of people.
KaK's catered to people who wanted to make a difference.
80%+ of Deans users are the ones who are notoriously generous with their money, they support game devs by purchasing games and help old ladies cross the street.

Most likely, the same people who donated to KaK donated to Dean (did you?)

Simonbuck: Feel free to PM me if you'd like to continue discussing it and not risk infraction

Was Dean not worthy when he was active?
I get the fact you may not deem him worthy now if you believe him to be behind mmCM

However when he was active he was one of the biggest contributors to the scene!
What made him unworthy then?

What makes you so antagonizing ?
What makes you want to fight over a simple question ?
What makes you so argumentative ?
What reason do you post referring to me without quoting my thread ?
Why you so angry ?
Why did @Simonbuck 's question offend you so deeply ?
