The banner is wrong in many ways (especially because of its wording)...

• Highest exploitable firmware: 4.11 and later
• Highest decryptable coreOS: 3.56
• Highest proper resignable firmware: 3.55

• Firmware downgradeable: 0.2 - 4.11+, but only on SKUs not with 2FFB or 2F5B bootldr header and with those lucky SKUs, only with hardware flasher /and/ a PSgrade/JIG.
• Firmware software downgradeable: <= 3.56
• Firmware PSgrade/JIG-able: <=3.55
• Firmware QA-flaggable: <= 3.55

• MFW PSN Access: =>3.50 <=3.56 : yes, if spoofed and /changed/ to latest passphrase (in this case 4.10/4.11) // <= 3.42 only if passphrase is /added/ by maninthemiddle.

Make a screenshot of my post, mister "you do it" :P

The point of my 'pedantic' post was to show that it is NOT easy to phrase the state of the scene, as its variables are quite large and depending on alot of other factors.

You guys could create a banner contest and select the best in design and functionality. We have many talents here in the forums...just suggesting

In that case, a dynamic flash banner would cover it more fully, one that also gives out random phrases like "did you know CECH-3000 is non downgradeable?" and "There are over 200 PSgrade/JIGs to choose, but still you need a hardwareflasher"
