please help.

Have you ever downgraded your console with hardware flashers? (Teensy, ProgSkeet, E3 Flasher, etc...)

I have a problem now, when reassembling I forgot to put the sprung brackets in, I got YLOD (of course), after that I reopened the PS3 I reassembled the spring brackets, and now I still have the YLOD :S, can someone please help?
And I even renewed the thermal paste after this and still not working..

EDIT: got my ps3 working again, now I need to reconnect e3 flasher
EDIT2:OK the problem is that my E3 flasher causes the YLOD, what is the problem??
EDIY3: I think the problem is that when I reconnected the E3 clip accidentially the top of the clip came off, I just pushed it on it so the top was on it again, but how can this break the clip?

try open PS3 one more time and make sure all the ribbons and cabels is connected right.
E3 Flasher should not do problems like YLOD at this stage.
When the console is open check the motherboard model.
And check one more time the ps3 model on the back (CHECHP04 does not seem correct) .

edit:Everything should be fine just firmly press the clip and tape it.

Yes CHECHP04 is correct, search it on google CECHPxx.
and nothing is working I can't start my ps3 with e3 flasher (and without works..)
and everything is connected as it should...

you can see in this picture that chechp is correct: (the the second-bottom one)

Does your clip is in the same direction as the video? How To Install E3 Flasher - Downgrade 3.73 - PS3 - YouTube

once when I repaired my console I plugged the ribbon between the motherboard and the motherboard with usb not deep enough and YLOD flashed. When I reconnect the ribbon ,everything was fine.

Are you using something to hold the clip down? If you have coins or foam or something on top of the clip to give it a permanent push, then the heat sinks aren't touching the GPU and CPU correctly. Causing ylod.

I suggest just using some strong tape to hold the clip down flush with the motherboard.
