FBAnext r487 best settings
First off I just wanna say fbanext is killer! I'm hoping you guys can help me out I want to get the best settings possible for my hdtv. So far I'm using the following settings only shader - tv-highcontrast-HD Hardware Filter to Linear Resolution 1080p and triple buffering on. I've seen some videos and obviously theirs look better. Can anyone please tell me their settings for best output on a HDTV.
Also if possible a way to get the whole picture on the screen, as opposed to not seeing some text like "INSERT COIN" or credit 0. Is that possible? I appreciate your help. Thank you. Oh one more before I forget, games like 1942 that will not stay vertical, I've tried all the settings and the picture always stays horizontal. Thanks again. Mika |

Have you tried the "adjust rotation"? The picture here stays vertical running 1942 using this option, but the sound is badly emulated (I noticed that this game runs better in every way on PS3MAME).

Yeah I tried it. Still horizontal. No stopping it. How about your settings what shaders do you use for an hdtv? Can you fit the the whole screen on the tv. Thanks for your help.

A picture of my settings screen
http://img217.imageshack.us/img217/4879/img0023ek.jpg Edit: The ps3 is running at 1080p here. It is possible to get full screen, rotate and resize the picture, messing with the configs Last edited by LoboGuara; 06-12-2012 at 01:08 PM. |

Unfortunately I do not have the PKG anymore, but you already have the same release...
I tested the release 490 and it worked well, you can download here. |

SNES9x PS3 Version 4.4.8
The pic is hardly readable compared to yours. But you can still make out the settings. ![]() So far so good with them. Just want the optimal settings for this. Thanks. http://img641.imageshack.us/img641/926/snesak.jpg |
